급여가 최저임금 미달이어도 최저임금을 보장받아요In 2013, we started with a small guesthouse called 'Joyhasla' located in Buam-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, consisting of two small rooms with attached terraces. Currently, we operate around 10 luxury residences in the Seoul metropolitan area.
<Housekeeper>
The accommodations we manage are mostly detached houses with a minimum of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Cleaning must be carried out intensively within a limited time frame, similar to a hotel's systematic approach.
Working in teams of two, the housekeeper collaborates with the Property Manager (PM) to perform the final packaging tasks, including cleaning and check-ins for accommodations.
Salary:
Payment is determined per task. Depending on the degree of contamination in accommodations and the duration of guests' stays, earnings can range from KRW 80,000 to KRW 140,000 per accommodation which is average 20K paymenr per hour
Internship: Entry-level workers need 1 month of internship. During this period, 70% of the salary
